Great communication, kept me informed along the production process. The team weren’t totally happy as was a small mark on the pendant and rather than send to me, they sent me a picture of the fine scratch to show me what they were worried about and then refinished the necklace.

Received my traditional silver ingot a couple of weeks ago. I ordered it on Christmas Eve and considering the 2 week festive period received it quickly in January. The quality is fantastic, the service equally was excellent and I have a constant reminder with me of my best furry pal, Piper, who is no longer with me. Couldn’t recommend this any higher.
